Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS)
• Support performance management and employee evaluation activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Ethiopian labor laws
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation
• Coordinate employee training, orientation, and welfare activities
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance
• Prepare and support payroll processing accurately and on time
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives

Job Requirements

Education: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
HRIS and payroll preparation experience is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
