Follow up that the documents required for the loading of the export Commodities are prepared timely and delivered to the concerned Parties accordingly. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare certificate of cleaning and grade of Ethiopian Coffee and deliver it to the concerned after being checked and signed by his supervisor; 

1.  Obtain sales contracts, Bank permit upon receipt of L/C or CAD for the contract; Single Window extensive knowledge 

2.  OPEN BOOKING AND Follow up that Maritime or shipping agents and Customs formalities are finalized timely; 

3.  Follow up that shipment of export commodities are effected Within the validity period of each L/C; 

4.  Perform related duties when assigned by his supervisor. 

5.  Good skill of communication in English; Spoken and writing English

Job Requirements

Theoretical and Practical Knowledge 

•  B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field and 2 years specific experience (in export) AND 5 years general experience of relevant experience. Or Diploma in Economics, Management or related field and 6 years of relevant experience; 

•  Single window( E-Trade) E-service Skill 

•  Excellent interpersonal skills; and 

• com Basic computer skills 

•  ECX Certified in e-auction and e-trade will be advantageous (purchasing selling coffee and pulses
