Job Description

Immediate Supervisor: Plant Head

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance operations for shredders, crushers, pelletizing and washing lines

  • Prepare preventive maintenance schedules

  • Coordinate repairs

Detailed Duties

  • Develop preventive/corrective maintenance plans

  • Supervise maintenance crew

  • Diagnose and repair breakdowns

  • Ensure safe maintenance practices

  • Maintain spare parts inventory

  • Prepare maintenance reports

Job Requirements

Job Specification

  • BSc/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

  • 4+ years maintenance experience
