Job Description

Job Title: Shredder/Crusher/Pelletizer Operator

Immediate Supervisor: Recycling Line Shift Leader

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate shredders, crushers, pelletizing and washing lines

  • Check and record machine parameters

  • Perform blade and screen changes

  • Segregate plastics properly

  • Report malfunctions

  • Weigh and record recovered materials

  • Assist in cleaning and machine maintenance

  • Manage safe shutdown/startup procedures

Job Requirements

Job Specification

  • TVET Level IV/III in Mechanics, Manufacturing Technology, or Waste Processing

  • 3–4 years relevant experience
