Job Description

We are seeking motivated and skilled HR Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources, demonstrating strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes 

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases 

  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs 

  • Support HR policy implementation and compliance 

  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support  

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years and maximum 3 years of relevant HR experience 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
