Duties & Responsibilities:
Play writing, directing, coordination, content creation and creativity.
Responsible for developing and creating content that can be used across a variety of media including digital, social media, broadcast or in print.
Assist Producers with the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, asset management, and workflow for assigned projects.
Working with staff writers, freelancers, and interns, assigning stories for them and self to write or research.

Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in journalism, theatrical art, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in program producer.
Experience with digital solutions products and services.
Experience with YouTube programs.
Experience with video and audio editing soft wares.
Experience with any social media platforms.
Strong understanding of program producer principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
