Job Title: - Industrial Engineering Officer (Repost)

Department: -Industrial Engineering

Report to: - IE Team Leader

Support line-level IE activities by collecting production data, conducting time studies, and maintaining accurate SMV, capacity, and efficiency records. The IE Officer ensures continuous monitoring and reporting of key operational parameters.                       

Key Responsibilities:       

• Conduct capacity studies using bar charts and frequency sheets.                  

• Monitor line balancing, absenteeism, and manpower allocation.                   

• Perform time & motion studies for each operation and update SMV data.               

• Support QCO (Quick Change Over) monitoring and record changeover times.        

• Monitor and report downtime reasons daily and recommend improvements.           

• Update and manage the IE database (SMVs, CMS, style-wise data).                       

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share with Team Leader.                 

• Participate in 6S audits and sustain continuous improvement.                                                                        

Job Requirements

Monitoring Tools:                 

Stopwatch/time study, Bar chart, Line balance sheet, QCO sheet, Skill matrix.       

Reports To: IE Team Leader  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Engineering, or a related field.

•  Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial engineering within the apparel sector, preferably, strong knowledge operation breakdowns, SMV calculation), and layout planning and QCO
