Eagle Lion System Technology is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape world-class digital experiences across our diverse product ecosystem. In this role, you will design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for both mobile and web solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to deliver seamless experiences that support ELST’s growing products in fintech, e-commerce, media, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Insights

• Conduct user research and usability studies to gather meaningful insights.

• Translate research findings into UX requirements and design solutions.

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

• Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma exclusively.

• Design elegant, intuitive, and functional interfaces optimized for web and mobile.

• Maintain a balance between usability, performance, and aesthetics.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout design and development.

• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and design reviews.

Design System Ownership

• Maintain and expand ELST’s design system and reusable components in Figma.

• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all products.

Testing & Iteration

• Conduct usability testing and evaluate product feedback.

• Iterate and refine designs based on data, research, and performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product usability and overall design quality.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of proven UI/UX experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, auto-layout, and prototyping).

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and research methodologies.

• Excellent skills in typography, layout, spacing, component structure, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions.

• Proven experience conducting user testing and incorporating findings into product designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for fintech, marketplaces, SaaS, or multi-product ecosystems.

• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (React, HTML, CSS) is an advantage, but not required.

• Experience building or managing large-scale design systems in Figma.
