The Contract Administrator and Logistics Officer is responsible for ensuring all contracts are properly reviewed, executed, tracked, and complied with, minimizing risks and ensuring accurate fulfillment of contractual obligations. The role also manages the end-to-end import and logistics process, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of imported goods to customers while maintaining accurate records and minimizing risks and costs.

Key duties include contract management, performance monitoring, bid bond and guarantee tracking, vendor coordination, import and customs clearance, shipment and inventory management, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and execute contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain contract register and track key deliverables, milestones, and expiries.
• Monitor contract performance, alerting management to risks or delays.
• Manage bid, performance, and advance payment bonds, including tracking and renewals.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for shipments, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Handle import procedures, customs clearance, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Track shipments, reconcile received goods, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports on contract status, logistics operations, and risks.
• Support finance with invoicing, collections, and contract-related financial matters.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract administration, logistics, or import/export operations

  • Proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or logistics operations.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and risk management.

  • Solid experience in import/export procedures, customs processing, and freight forwarding.

  • Familiarity with international shipping documentation and logistics systems.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts and shipments.
