 They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Personnel & Administration in overseeing and leading the human resources functions within the organization. As the driving force behind recruitment, employee development, and the administration of policies and benefits, the role ensures that the company’s workforce is managed efficiently and in line with organizational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Plan, organize, and direct all HR activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.

  • HR Policy & Systems Development: Review and propose updates to HR policies, restructure planning, and salary scale revisions.

  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Lead the recruitment, placement, promotion, and transfer processes. Foster employee growth and engagement.

  • Employee Relations: Advise managers on labor issues, organizational planning, and personnel policies, while ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Health & Safety: Administer employee health programs, implement safety standards, and promote health-conscious initiatives.

  • Data Management: Ensure the development of an efficient HR data system for secure personnel record-keeping.

  • Performance Evaluation: Oversee and approve employee appraisals, ensuring timely performance reviews and career development.

  • Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Submit detailed proposals and forecasts on manpower requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct studies on employee turnover, absenteeism, and more to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Academic Requirements

  •  B.A./M.A. in Business Management, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • 8 years  of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position preferably in Business Sector.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR administration, including labor laws and company directives.

  • Expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency with office software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, servant-hearted approach to supporting team members.

  • High integrity, excellent communication, and analytical abilities.

  • Proven leadership, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
