Job Purpose: Responsible for repairing, and ensuring the quality of defective electronic materials/products while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Repair Engineer – Key Responsibilities: 

The roles and responsibilities will included but not limited to:

The Repair Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring the quality of defective or rejected materials and products. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily maintenance and repair reports for rejected materials.

• Analyze defects found in both incoming and in-process materials, identify root causes, and provide feedback to responsible departments for corrective action.

• Verify and ensure the quality and functionality of repaired products before release.

• Continuously update technical skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and relevant technical publications.

• Achieve assigned repair productivity targets while maintaining required quality standards.

• Perform repairs, rework, testing, and full documentation of all service activities as per company procedures.

• Complete repairs within specified timelines and return products as per turnaround requirements.

• Support workshop upkeep and ensure a clean, safe, and healthy working environment.

Job Requirements

• Educational qualification: Level IV, V in electronics.

• Experience: 0 years (new graduates welcome)
