Job Requirement

• Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, of which:

  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role, OR

  • 3 years as Senior Officer, OR

  • 2 years as Grade IV Upcountry Branch Manager.

Knowledge and Skill

• Good knowledge of insurance products and services

• Acceptable marketing and selling skills

• Team-building and leadership skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Excellent computer skills

• Relevant certification is an advantage

Salary: As per the Company scale.
