Key Responsibilities 

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. 

• Welcome and seat customers, presenting menus and explaining menu items when needed. 

• Take and process customer orders accurately using the CNET system. 

• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner. 

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. 

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. 

• Uphold the restaurant’s service standards and contribute to a pleasant dining atmosphere. 

Job Requirements

Requirements 

• Presentable and professional appearance. 

• Strong English communication skills. 

• Experience using the CNET system (mandatory). 

• Prior experience working in high-end restaurants or hotels. 

• Previous sushi restaurant experience is highly preferred. 

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. 

• Active, fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work split shifts.
