Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5+ years specifically in the chocolate industry.​ Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production of confectionery, biscuits, and chocolate products.​ - Plan and coordinate production schedules, manage raw material and packaging inventory, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.​ - Ensure product quality, compliance with food safety regulations, and adherence to health and safety protocols.​
