Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources allocation.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. strategies
Monitor and report on project progress, status, and performance metrics to senior management
Required Competencies:
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Time management and planning skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Job Requirements:
PMP certification or MSc in Project Management is mandatory.
Experience:
3-4 years of working experience as a Project Manager
