The Head of Administration and HR (Human Resources) is a senior leadership role that combines two critical functions within an organization: administration and human resources. This position involves overseeing the efficient and effective management of office operations, facilities, administrative support, and HR processes. Duties and Responsibilites:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Prepare employment contracts and process HR documentation.

• Support employee performance evaluations and training programs.

• Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HRM or in a related field of study

• Expereince: 2 - 6 years of working expereince
