Job Description
The Head of Administration and HR (Human Resources) is a senior leadership role that combines two critical functions within an organization: administration and human resources. This position involves overseeing the efficient and effective management of office operations, facilities, administrative support, and HR processes. The role is strategic and operational, focusing on creating a productive work environment, fostering organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting talent development and retention.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts and process HR documentation.
Support employee performance evaluations and training programs.
Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HRM or in a related field of study
Expereince: 2 - 6 years of working expereince
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
