The Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a blend of marketing creativity and a results-oriented sales approach to expand the company's market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base.

•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and relationship-building with potential clients.

•  Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.

•  Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (e.g., digital marketing, social media, email) to promote the company's products/services.

•  Create compelling sales and marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and website content.

•  Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

•  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.

•  Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

•  Provide excellent customer support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

•  Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

•  Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign results for management.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 1 -2 years (Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in a relevant industry)
