Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the company’s sales strategies align with overall business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Oversee pricing, promotions, and sales negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales plans with campaigns.
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Experience in telecom sales or distribution is an advantage.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
Willingness to travel within Northeast and Northwest regions for sales supervision.
