We are seeking a skilled and responsible Maintenance and Service Supervisor to oversee all technical and maintenance operations for the Minaye Corporate Office Building. The role involves supervising maintenance personnel, managing service contractors, and ensuring all building systems — including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general services — are operating at peak performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and service activities within the building.

• Lead and support a team of technicians across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely execution.

• Monitor and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently.

• Oversee operation and servicing of all mechanical and electrical systems, including elevators, pumps, lighting, and HVAC units.

• Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance works.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.

• Ensure safety procedures, housekeeping, and energy-saving practices are followed.

• Report system performance and maintenance status to the Property Manager.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background: - BSc Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, and Mechanical Engineering or in a related field

• Experience: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facility or building maintenance supervision.

• Strong technical background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

• Experience managing technicians and coordinating external maintenance service providers.

• Ability to read and interpret system drawings, manuals, and operation schedules.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with maintenance reporting.

• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
