Job Description

Property Administration Managers are responsible for the efficient management of residential and commercial properties. This involves determining rates, marketing and filling vacancies, handling tenant relations, and overseeing maintenance.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage office compounds and ensure the cleanliness, serviceability, and operational efficiency of facilities, plants, grounds, and all utility systems.

  • Engage in marketing activities to attract potential clients for property rentals, including promoting available properties and negotiating lease agreements.

  • Establish and nurture ties with potential tenants to guarantee a consistent flow of business and optimize property occupancy.

  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of properties to target markets.

  • Identify staffing requirements to meet the needs of the general services section.

  • Supervise and manage staff within the general services section, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to work ethics

  • Oversee the effective and timely supply of items, including requisition, receipt, storage, issuance, and management of inventory and maintenance resources.

  • Ensure the availability, suitability, and maintenance of vehicle transport services to support the effective and timely performance of all components.

  • Handle activities related to materials handling, warehousing, inventory control, and property management.

  • Manage leased property utilization, ensuring proper maintenance and optimization of space and resources.

  • Perform related jobs duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization

Job Requirements:

Academic qualification

  • Education: Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Facility Management, Asset Management, or related field

  • Years of experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a related position

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal & intrapersonal communication skill

  • Ability to prioritize and have excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to create and work in a team with excellent work ethics

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

  • Excellent understanding of basic Computer skills is mandatory

  • Able to drive a light vehicle and has a driving license

  • Young and energetic
