Position Description:

Job Title: Consultant, Commerce

Department: Office of the Director Commerce

Reports to: CEO

Note: Expat Candidates only, are required to apply for the position.

The Commercial consultant is responsible to provide sales, marketing and trade marketing leadership to the company through the development, implementation and execution of insight- based consumer and customer Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing strategies and activity programs that enables to lead and develop the capabilities of commercial team and lead to achieve the vision of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, administers, directs and controls all the sales, market development and brand management operations.

  • Prepares the overall sales and marketing strategy.

  • Develops and implements strategies to expand existing market penetration and enter new markets and related new business without mission drifts.

  • Conducts periodical market research and analysis the market tend.

  • Conducts innovation and market studies on new brands and new routes etc.

  • Develops, implements and manages marketing budget.

  • Consults the CEO concerning the necessary adjustments to the tariff (price) by making sound assessments of the market trend.Conducts market research and competitor intelligence on various important issues.

  • Designs strategies to increases revenue generation and market share.

  • Designs strategies for marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develops a sales plan for the company’s products in line with the marketing strategies for each brand, customer demographic analysis, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.

  • Develops a sales plan in line with the pricing structure, revenue goals, sales locations, customer retention strategies, advertising avenues, and sales team activities.

  • Develops sales forecasts and distribute to sales managers and other departments within the Brewery to adjust production levels and organize logistics.

  • Manage sales and promotional events.

  • Develop relationships with key customers.

  • Design and distribute marketing materials in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams to produce advertising and marketing materials.

  • Works with third party advertising agencies, once a plan for promotional materials has been developed, they must ensure it is correctly executed.

  • Provides strategic directions for all sales staffs to ensure that the staffs are working productively to generate sales and develop marketing strategies.

  • Prepares periodic performance report and submit to the top management.

  • Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements:

  • Academic requirement: MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management or related fields of study

  • Work experience: 10/12yrs experience out of which 4/5 years should be in managerial position(s) in Beverage Industries.
