Job Description
The Express & Delivery Manager will oversee the operations, customer service, and logistics of the company’s express and delivery services, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery solutions.
Required Number: 1
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and manage day-to-day delivery operations and logistics schedules.
Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of fleet maintenance and dispatching systems.
Experience in express, courier, or transport industries.
Supervise and train delivery teams, drivers, and logistics staff.
Monitor delivery performance and address delays or service issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company standards.
Oversee fleet management, route planning, and cost control.
Build partnerships with suppliers, couriers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.
Job Requirement:
Education: Educational Background in a related field of study
Experience: 4 years
