Duties and Responsibilities: - Design and implement the division’s cost accounting framework, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals. - Lead product costing, margin analysis, and pricing strategies to enhance profitability across all product lines. - Partner with senior leadership to evaluate capital investments, expansion plans, and cost-reduction initiatives. - Oversee annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, working closely with plant managers and department heads. - Develop KPIs and dashboards to track cost performance and present insights to the executive team. - Modernize cost tracking through ERP enhancements (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automation tools. - Champion lean accounting principles to eliminate waste in production and supply chain processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which  2+ years in a senior role. Duties and Responsibilities: - Preparing and reviewing monthly/quarterly/annual statements (P&L, - Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. - Maintaining, reconciling, and ensuring accuracy of ledger entries. - Leading closing processes, resolving discrepancies, and performing flux analysis (YoY/MoM) to guide decision-making - Upholding internal controls, assisting with audits, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations (corporate tax, VAT). - Streamlining accounting workflows (e.g., automation, ERP enhancements) and mentoring junior staff. - Partnering with AP, AR, FP&A teams and external stakeholders (auditors, banks).

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue - Prepare documentation for External Auditors - Analyze financial statements for discrepancies, and alert the finance coordinator if necessary - Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the finance coordinator in running audits
