The Embroiderer will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidered designs on various fabrics and materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for embroidery, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring artistic designs to life through stitching techniques.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Operate embroidery machines to create intricate and precise designs on fabrics.

• Select appropriate threads, needles, and stabilizers for each embroidery project.

• Oversee the entire embroidery production process, from design digitization to finished product.

• Coordinate and schedule embroidery jobs to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.

• Ensure the efficient operation of embroidery machines and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.

• Monitor inventory of embroidery supplies, such as threads, needles, and backing material

Required Skills:

• Skills to fix embroidery machines

• Skill to create punching program

• Operational management skills

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in embroidery production and management, preferably in a manufacturing or apparel industry setting.

Experience:

• 4-7 years of working experience
