We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Customer Service Officer

Required Number: 1

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our logistics services, including shipping, tracking, and delivery schedules.

  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations teams, to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment and delivery.

  • Assist in processing customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and updating shipment status.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling logistics services.

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on their shipments, address any delays or issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Educational Background in a related field of study

  • Experience: 0-2 years
