We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Draftsperson & Design Consultant to join our showroom team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting and customizing kitchen cabinetry, take precise measurements, prepare design drawings, and provide expert recommendations to enhance sales. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a passion for architecture, drafting, and interior design to grow their skills in a customer facing role.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Guide customers in choosing the best kitchen cabinet designs based on their space, style, and budget.

• Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and functional layouts.

• Assist in closing sales by presenting design solutions confidently.

• Take accurate on-site measurements for kitchen spaces.

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings (using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) to visualize cabinetry layouts.

• Modify designs based on customer feedback and technical constraints.

• Maintain and update display materials, samples, and catalogs.

• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure design feasibility.

• Communicate with clients post-consultation to finalize designs.

• Liaise with the factory/production team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or related field 

• Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates welcome!).

Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

• Ability to read and produce technical drawings.
