Bachelor's Degree in Design Engineer, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepares accurate framework layout drawings and erection instructions for field crews. - Works closely with the project team monitoring the safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects. - Contributes to the projects safety goals by reducing hazards during the design planning state ensuring that all formwork systems meet construction and safety standards.  - Oversees and coordinates material purchases, deliveries, tracking, and forecasting ensuring maximum utilization of resources. 

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilites: - Assist the Resident Engineer in daily site supervision and ensure construction works comply with drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. - Review contractor’s shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions for compliance. - Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards. - Maintain daily site records, including work progress, weather conditions, manpower, and equipment. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of site issues. - Support the Resident Engineer in chairing site meetings and technical discussions.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related fields with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure that all contract specifications and guidelines are adhered to at all times during the commencement of the project. - Ensure that material submittals are issued with the relevant consultants' requirements. - Ensure that all Method Statements & Risk Assessments are in line with company HSE/QA-QC procedures. - Manage a procurement/long lead item schedule in tandem with your line managers/Section Manager / and the status of the pending material/s deliveries and follow up delivery dates whilst recording any issue - Control the dissemination of contractual documents (drawings/contracts/specifications) – usable drawing to relevant site team members to be able to carry out works as per the specifications and contract requirement program.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience (experience at international company is an added advantage) Duties & Responsibilites: - Ensure that all contract specifications and guidelines are adhered to at all times during the commencement/construction/hand-over periods of the project. - Ensure that material submittals are issued with the relevant consultants' requirements and that the site teams have usable and up to date information. A register must be put in place and maintained at all times. - Ensure that all Method Statements & Risk Assessments are in line with company HSE/QA-QC procedures. This information must also be recorded on a usable platform. Make sure that all compliance statements, testing and commissioning, spares, warranties and delivery period requirements are upheld at all times.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in training personnel, specifically in road construction projects or who worked as a site engineer in Road Projects An additional diploma in TVET training is an added value Duties & Responsibilites: - Make a training need assessment and identify skill gaps that needs to be filled across all projects. - Liaises with Training Coordinator/Training & Capability Manager, and other HR department teams to develop and implement training. - Design and develop training curriculum, schedules for skilled and semi-skilled labor force - Conduct training's by choosing appropriate training methods (face to face, practical, stimulated, mentoring, on the job training development classes) and prepare evaluation exam by the end of all training sessions.
