Consortium of Ethiopian Human Rights Organizations (CEHRO) is a local network of CSOs registered on March 16th, 2018 by the Federal democratic Republic of Ethiopia Authority for Civil Societies Organizations in accordance with the new Civil Societies Proclamation No. 1113/2019 with registration number 3932. The objectives of the Organization is to ensure the existence of an enabling environment for human rights and democratic governance and to creating a platform for strong and vibrant human rights CSOs for the realization of human rights and democratic values in Ethiopia. Currently CEHRO has 32 active member CSOs from different regions. Since its establishment in 2018, CEHRO has conducted several strategic activities which benefited its member organizations that can contribute toward realization of the collective CEHRO’s vision.

Objective of the Assignment

To print and deliver a policy brief (maximum of 8 pages including cover), in line with the specifications provided below, ensuring clarity, durability, and professionalism.

• Experience: 5 years

Printing Specifications:

• Quantity: 100 copies

• Total Pages: Maximum 8 pages (including cover)

• Size: 5.5 inches (width) × 8 inches (height) — portrait orientation

• Interior Pages:

• Paper: 80-gram matte paper

• Printing: Black and white

• Cover Page:

• Paper: 150-gram glossy paper

• Printing: Full color (CMYK)

• Binding: Saddle-stitching or center staple

• File Format: CEHRO will provide a print-ready PDF.

• Proof Approval: One sample (digital and physical) must be shared for approval before final printing

• Delivery Location: CEHRO Office, Addis Ababa.

• Delivery Deadline: within 5 consecutive days after signing of a contract

Submission Requirements: Interested printing houses are required to submit:

• A financial proposal indicating unit price and total cost

• Company profile and relevant past experience

• Renewed / Valid business license and TIN certificate
