We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to support on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will assist in executing technical plans, supervising site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A Junior Site Engineer assists in managing construction projects on-site by supporting senior engineers and supervisors with daily operations. Their responsibilities include monitoring work progress, ensuring safety standards are followed, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, preparing reports, and helping with quality control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organizations.

• Responsible for executing & implementing technical documents, drawings & quality, safety, and site supervision.

• Works under the direct command and management of an Engineers/Managers.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or in a related field of study

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in construction or site engineering, Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations, Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management

Required skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, quality, and safety
