Job Description
Financial heads handle all the matters in reference to the finance and investments of a company. They manage financial operations of companies such as the assets, liabilities, equity and cash flow aiming to maintain the financial health of the company and operative viability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overseeing the financial strategy and budgeting process of the organization.
Managing the company’s financial planning and risk management.
Preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the relevant industry.
Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of financial law and financial risk management.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
Leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA may be advantageous.
