About The Job

Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  •  Identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across Marketing channels

  • Develop strategies and tactics to optimize the marketing and pricing policies

  • Establishes and maintains a staffing structure to support the marketing efforts of the organization

  • Initiates and implements direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers on behalf of the company

  • Conducts market research and analysis, and establishes data management and tracking systems to improve the organization's marketing efforts

  • Compile and submit performance reports divided by time to the immediate supervisor.

  • Design and approve long-term and short-term detailed plans, coordinate with the immediate supervisor.

  •  Monitor and ensure timely collection of accounts for products sold on credit.

  •  Following the daily sales report, product life and qualities and returned products quantity and manner.

  •  Regularly report work performance and encountered problems.

  •  Communicate with suppliers and prepare agreements to follow up with customers and provide technical advice.

  •  Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, finance, human resource, and other departments

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

  •  Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

  •  Manage marketing channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), content marketing, and traditional marketing (events, partnership programs).

  •  Manage and report marketing costs and budgets professionally when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, and Business Administration or in a related field

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in food industry sector

 Skills & Knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding

  • Excellent communication, and collaboration abilities

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Must be creative and hardworking

  • Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
