Job Description
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting employees, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role is essential for the coordination of day-to-day office activities and supporting various departments as needed.
Manage Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions including coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
Documentation and Filing: Handle filing, organizing, and maintaining company records, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Communication Support: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and emails. Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual and ensure timely responses.
Coordinate Meetings and Appointments: Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and handle all necessary arrangements, including catering, equipment setup, and material preparation.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.
Manage Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained and purchases are within budget.
Education: Educational background in a related field of study
Experience: 1 - 3 years of working experience
