Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to fill a dual role as a Data Analyst and Receptionist. This position combines administrative front-office duties with data analysis tasks, making it ideal for an organized, tech-savvy individual who enjoys both customer interaction and analytical work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and manage front-desk operations professionally.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while taking messages when necessary.

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and meeting rooms.

  • Assist the showroom head with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting minutes.

  • Provide general administrative support (filing, photocopying, data entry).

  • Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and guests.

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

  • Assist in organizing office events and act as a liaison between staff and visitors.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze company datasets to extract actionable insights.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations (using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).

  • Support business decisions by identifying trends, patterns, and inefficiencies.

  • Collaborate with departments to improve data collection and reporting processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis (internship or professional).

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Basic knowledge of data cleaning and visualization techniques.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (for front-desk duties).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of organization and multitasking.

  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
