Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing and expanding our dealer network, identifying new B2B sales opportunities, and handling tenders and corporate contracts. Additionally, the role will involve leading efforts to establish and grow our presence on digital sales platforms, working directly with these platforms to onboard our products and ensure smooth communication with the platform teams. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional, adept at both traditional B2B sales and navigating the evolving digital marketplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Dealer Network Management & Expansion:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current dealers to ensure consistent sales and high levels of satisfaction.

  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network, both locally and regionally.

  • Develop and execute strategies for dealer engagement, ensuring clear communication, training, and product support.

  • Monitor dealer performance, sales targets, and market trends to drive business growth.

B2B Sales & Tender Management:

  • Actively seek and identify opportunities for tenders, corporate contracts, and bulk orders from private and public sector organizations.

  • Manage the tender/bid process from start to finish, ensuring that all requirements are met and submissions are competitive.

  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in organizations and large-scale buyers to secure long-term contracts.

Digital Sales & E-Commerce Platform Management:

  • Onboard company products onto various digital sales platforms to expand our online sales presence.

  • Communicate with platform representatives to ensure smooth product listings, pricing updates, and promotional strategies.

  • Monitor digital sales performance, identify trends, and make adjustments to ensure continued growth in the online marketplace.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align online presence with company branding and promotions.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4 - 8 years of working Experience in sales and dealer management

  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Experience and understanding of B2B sales including tenders and bids
