Job Description

The Food and Beverage Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory, cost control, and budgeting related to food and beverage operations. This role ensures optimal financial performance by monitoring and analyzing usage, wastage, pricing, and efficiency in the F&B department. The Food and Beverage Controller collaborates closely with the culinary and service teams to maintain cost-effective operations while ensuring quality standards

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food and beverage inventories regularly to ensure proper stock levels.

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Track and record all F&B purchases, transfers, and wastages.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Food Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 1 year of working experience
