Job Description
Food and Beverage Managers are in charge of managing food and beverage operations in the kitchen and other food and beverage outlets or units in a hospitality establishment.
Oversee all food and beverage operations within a hospitality establishment.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Manage budget, team leadership, and staff training.
Design menus and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to improve the dining experience.
A degree or certification in hospitality, restaurant, or food service management is beneficial.
5- 8 years of experience in the food service industry to understand the nuances of the sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and operations management.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
Knowledge of safety and health regulations to ensure compliance.
Financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
Customer service orientation to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
