Minaye PLC is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in Human Resources and is ready to take ownership of critical HR functions – from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, training, and compliance.
Required Number: 3
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, onboarding.
Execute HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives effectively.
Organize and deliver impactful training and development programs.
Drive employee engagement and performance management processes.
Maintain and update confidential employee records and documentation.
Handle HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and internal standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Expereince: Minimum 2 years of solid experience in HR or a closely related field.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software) and MS Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a high degree of accountability and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
