Job Description

Garden Hills Hotel is a Sister Company of Enrich Agroindustry Plc, previously known as Tegen Guest Accommodation Hotel. We are planning to reopen after renovation and with a New Spirit. We would like to hire enthusiastic and passionate candidates with the mentioned qualifications on URGENT basis.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

  • Recruit, train, and manage front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bellboys.

  • Oversee room bookings and ensure optimal room allocation.

  • Manage front office budgets and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guest arrivals.

  • Enforce hotel policies, including check-in requirements and guest conduct rules.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study

  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Customer Handling, Reception and related areas preferably in a Hotel environment is a plus.
