Job Description
Quantity Required: 3
Identify potential customers via cold calling, email, referrals, events, and networking and engaging directly to the customers
Research market segments to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
Present and demonstrate services tailored to client needs
Effectively handle objections and highlight the benefits/value proposition
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
Provide after-sales support, follow up on inquiries, and ensure satisfaction
Track all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM
Provide regular performance and market feedback to management
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts
Share insights with the internal team to shape sales strategies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience: Over 2 + years Previous sales experience (B2B/B2C) with a strong performance record
Strong verbal and written communication; active listening; persuasive presentation skills · Proven negotiation capabilities and closing prowess
CRM proficiency and solid organizational/time-management skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, resilient under pressure
Customer-focused, relationship-builder, with strong problem-solving and adaptability
