Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage digital channels feedbacks and inquiries (email, telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook etc.)  - Work on continuous improvement of digital interfaces based on customer behavior and feedback. - Provides analytical support to both the Customer Experience and Complaint Management team. - Ensures integrated reporting to track trends, customer sentiment, and resolution effectiveness. - Gathers and interprets customer feedback, surveys, and market data - Lead the Develops dashboards and performance reports, tracking metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: -Explore the market situation for raw material inputs for Oda Animal Feed Factory in and around AA. - Identify potential suppliers and facilitate a supply agreement, - Make periodic travels to regions to locate potential farm unions and other suppliers, - Keep accurate records of market prices for the required raw materials, - Make timely recommendations to have sufficient stock.
