Job Description
Department Head for an MBA in Business Leadership program provides strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and research in business leadership and management. Responsibilities include curriculum development, faculty recruitment and mentorship, fostering industry partnerships, and promoting innovative teaching methods
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic direction and growth of the Business Leadership program.
Work to enhance the department's reputation and deliver high-quality education.
Ensure students have access to internships, leadership workshops and networking opportunities
Lead the design and continuous improvement of the Business Leadership curriculum.
Maintain relationships with businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.
Job Requirements:
Educaiton: PHD Vertical (Bachelor to PHD) in business field of studies
Expereince: 3 years of working expereince
