The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls.

  • Managing schedules.

  • Organizing files.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA Degree/Diploma in Secretarial science, office management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 1 year of work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (outlook, Excel, word, power point, etc)

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Written communication skills

  • Time management skills.

Special Skills:

  • Expertise in documentation.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
