Job Description
Director of the Distance Education Department leads the development and delivery of high-quality online and remote learning programs. They oversee course design, technology integration, and faculty training to ensure engaging and accessible education for diverse learners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing the institution’s distance education strategy.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality online programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Lead and manage online education, degree offerings and certifications educational initiatives.
Ensure students in distance education receive appropriate academic and technical support.
Promote student engagement through virtual communities.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree in Educational Planning Management(EDPM) or in a related field of study
Experience: 4 Years of working experience, out of which 2 years in a leadership
