Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
prepare invoices, letters, and handle all Activities
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS system
High school diploma or equivalent Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management or in a related field of study
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role
