Job Description
The Head of the Hotel Management Department is responsible for leading and managing the department to ensure excellence in academic programs, research, and industry engagement. This role involves designing and overseeing innovative hospitality curricula, mentoring faculty and students, and fostering partnerships with the hospitality industry to enhance learning opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Lead and oversee the Hotel Management program across the department.
Develop, update and refine course curricula to meet the hospitality industry standards.
Develop new programs, certifications, or specializations in line with market demand.
Prepare reports and assessments for the college administration and accreditation bodies.
Maintain relationships with industry organizations to provide students with real-world experiences, guest lectures & potential internship opportunities.

Education: MA Vertical (Bachelor and MA must be same in Hotel Management filed).
