Job Description
Roha Medical Campus PLC (RMC) is building an integrated health campus in Addis Ababa. When complete, it will provide world-class, high-quality, affordable healthcare across multiple hospitals and facilities. The campus will include a medical school and facilities for research and innovation. It will be set in a lush, green setting, built to the highest sustainability standards, and have a beautiful urban park open to the public. Development of the campus has begun, and the first hospital is already under construction
We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins and outs of our daily routines and procedures.
Job Type: Paid Internship
Required Number: 3
Coordinate recruitment processes.
Screen resumes and job application forms.
Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates.
Assist in posting jobs on different platforms.
Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and recruitment events.
Assist the HR staff in gathering relevant information.
Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
Create HR-related reports as required.
Take on other related tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure the overall success of the project and the operation
Successful applicants have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, are flexible and imaginative, and are high-energy, persistent, and self-starters. Applicants could demonstrate this by having:
High school diploma or enrolled in a university or college program, prefer to study/studying Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Detail oriented.
Basic knowledge of Ethiopian labor law is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Able to demonstrate a professional work ethic.
Able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
Proven experience working in an office environment is a plus.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills both in Amharic and English languages.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
