Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and collaborate with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patients' health conditions and needs.

  • Developing and implementing patient care plans.

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and responses to treatment.

  • Performing wound care and other medical procedures.

  • Assisting patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Documenting patient information and care provided.

  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
