Job Description

A Marketing Director leads a company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. They oversee market research, campaign development, digital and traditional marketing efforts, and team management. Responsibilities include setting marketing goals, analyzing market trends, coordinating with sales teams, and optimizing advertising budgets.

Job position: Marketing Director.

Place of work: Anfo, Bethel and Holeta

Required amount: 1

Salary: 35,000ETB in gross

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, and social media.

  • Develop customer loyalty programs and engagement initiatives.

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing only graduated from Government University with cGPA of >3.00

  • Experience: > 3 years of work experience.

  • Language skills: Fluent in Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English
