Job Description
ዝርዝር ተግባራት:
በተመደበበት የሥራ ቦታ በሰዓቱ መገኘትና የስራ አካባቢውን ማጽዳት
ተቀጽላዎችንና ግብዓቶችን ማሟላት፣
ለሚፈለገው ገጠማ የሚሆነውን ግብአት በተገቢው መጠን ማቅረብ፣ በትዕዛዙ መሠረት ሥራውን ለመጀመር አስፈላጊው ሁሉ መሟላቱን ማረጋገጥና መግጠም፣ የምርቱን ሂደት፣ ጥራትና ደረጃ እንዲሁም የሚጠቀሙባቸውን ማቴርያሎች ደህንነት መቆጣጠርና መከታተል፣
ልዩነቶች ሲከሰቱ ማስተካከል
የገጠመውን ምርት ጽዳትና ደህንነቱን ጠብቆ እንደሁኔታው ማስረከብ ወይም ለሚቀጥለው የምርት ሂደት ማስተላለፍ፡፡
ለስራ የሚያስፈልጉ ግብአቶችን በጥንቃቄ መያዝ እና ማስቀመጥ እንዲሁም ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፤
ለገጠማ የሚያስፈልጉ ግብአቶችን ለይቶ ማወቅ፣ መቁጠር እንዲሁም የተገጠሙት ካለቁ እና በሚመለከተው አካል ከጸደቁ በኋላ በጥንቃቄ ፈቶ ሁሉንም ግብአቶች ማስረከብ አለበት፤
ለእሸጋ ክፍል የሚያስፈልጉ የስራ ሂደቶችን በጥራት እና በፍጥነት ጨርሶ ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል፤
በተገጠሙ የሙከራ ምርት ላይ የሚኖሩትን ችግሮች ለይቶ ማወቅ እና አስፈላጊውን የመፍትሄ እርምጃ መውሰድ አለበት፤
ማንኛውም ምርት ከመመረቱ በፊትም ሆነ በኋላ በገጠማ ላይ ሊኖሩ የሚችሉ የተለያዩ ችግሮችን መገንዘብ እና የመፍትሄው አካል ሆኖ መነገኘት አለበት፤
በተጨማሪም ሌሎች ከቅርብ ሃላፊው የሚሰጡ የሥራ ትዕዛዞችን ያከናውናል፡፡
ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃና የሥራ ልምድ
በቀድሞ የትምህርት ፖሊሲ 12ኛ ክፍል ወይም በአዲሱ የትምህርት ፖሊሲ 10+3 የቴክኒክ እና ሙያ ት/ት በፈርኒቸር ሜኪንግ ያጠናቀቀ/ች እና በሙያው 5 አመት የስራ ልምድ ያለው/ላት ከዚህም ውስጥ 3 ዓመት በፈርኒቸር ሙያ ልምድ ያለው ያላት፡፡
