Job Description

The Information Desk Officer is responsible for providing accurate and helpful information to visitors, customers, or clients. This role involves greeting and assisting individuals, answering inquiries about services, directions, or policies, and addressing any concerns or complaints.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • First point of contact for students, staff and visitors, providing accurate information.

  • Assist administrative tasks, answering phone calls, managing emails, handling inquiries and providing directions on campus facilities and services.

  • Provide support in the coordination and promotion of campus events, seminars & workshops.

  • Ensure proper handling of confidential information and accurate documentation of campus-related activities.

  • Address and resolve inquiries or concerns from students, faculty, or visitors in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Educational background in a related field of study

  • Experience: 2 years of working experience
